The challenge

ROCKWOOL North America aimed to establish a Brand Experience Center at their new Ranson, West Virginia facility. We created a cohesive and engaging brand environment, featuring both interactive and static displays that effectively communicate the unique benefits and applications of stone wool insulation.

Targeting contractors, builders, specialty distributors, LBMs, and GSDs, the Brand Experience Center serves as a key tool for relationship-building and sales for both new prospects and existing customers.

ROCKWOOL's distinction lies in its leadership in stone wool insulation, boasting their 7 strengths of stone, fire resistance, thermal properties, acoustics, robustness, aesthetics, water resistance, and circularity. These strengths position ROCKWOOL as a superior choice in the insulation market.

Our vision for the ROCKWOOL Brand Experience Center was brought to life through a strategic partnership with Acer Exhibits and Events, experts in exhibit construction and event staging. This collaboration was pivotal in transforming our conceptual designs into a tangible reality.

CAD drawings ensured accuracy in planning, facilitated clear communication among designers, constructors, and stakeholders, and allowed for real-time adjustments, ensuring the project's vision was perfectly realized.

Rough 3D renderings were instrumental in decision-making, enabling us to experiment with various design concepts, graphics placements, and spatial arrangements before finalizing the layout. This step was key in ensuring that each aspect of the project aligned seamlessly with the overall vision and goals.

We designed for interactive digital touchscreen experiences, strategically placed throughout the exhibit. These state-of-the-art digital interfaces were designed to engage visitors in a dynamic and intuitive way, enhancing the overall learning and exploration process.

Cinema 4D played a pivotal role, particularly in crafting an abstract, animated rocky background and other 3D elements. This powerful tool allowed us to develop highly detailed and visually striking animations that resonated with the core qualities of ROCKWOOL's products.
