Affordable space travel for the masses
Dann Petty, a well known designer, presented the #SPACEDchallenge. As a huge fan of Dann Petty and SpaceX, I couldn't pass this one up. The mission of this design challenge path was to create a home page that informs potential customers about the Spaced safe travel experience. Customers also needed to be able to book travel.
A brief fictional brand identity for a fictional brief. I was going for a brand feel that looked futuristic and advanced, yet attainable and affordable. I wanted it to seem as if you could actually book a space flight, the way you can book a current day flight.
I created a 3D render of the Spaced passenger ship that animates in on page load.
The website needs to inform potential customers about the Spaced safe travel experience. Customers also need to be able to book travel to any of 4 destination seamlessly. I went for a single page experience that accomplishes this.
